性能说明
1，机械结构；中央大辊式，印刷材料由单一大辊筒支撑，在一色与一色之间不离开压辊筒，由于料带是紧紧包裹在中心压印滚筒上的，因此张力恒定，故套色精准。
2，整机生产线从放料到成品收卷实现张力闭环速度控制模式，最大限度提高产品的成品率。
3，刮墨装置；采用双向封闭式刮刀，可高速印刷精美成品。
4，具有结构精密，操作容易，维护方便，稳定性强等特点。
5，干燥方式；分离式电热箱，送温风吹印刷物使用安全，温度自动控制。
6，放卷自动纠边；放卷时采用自动纠边装置，停机时基材张力能够保持，基材不会跑偏移位。
7，收料传动；高性能马达，连动正确，段差轮低摩擦气缸装置张力恒定。

Performance Description
1. Mechanical structure; Central large roller type, printing materials are supported by a single large roller, and do not leave the pressure roller between one color and one color. As the material belt is tightly wrapped around the central pressure roller, the tension is constant, resulting in accurate color matching.
2. The entire production line achieves tension closed-loop speed control mode from material discharge to finished product winding, maximizing the yield of products.
3. Ink scraping device; Adopting a bidirectional enclosed scraper, it can print exquisite finished products at high speed.
4. It has the characteristics of precise structure, easy operation, convenient maintenance, and strong stability.
5. Drying method; Separate electric heating box, with temperature supply and air blowing for safe use of printed materials, and automatic temperature control.
6. Automatic edge correction for unwinding; When unwinding, an automatic edge correction device is used, which can maintain the tension of the substrate during shutdown, and the substrate will not deviate or shift.
7. Material receiving transmission; High performance motor, correct linkage, and constant tension in the low friction cylinder device of the differential wheel.
